WeGro bridges a connection between individual and institutional financiers and smallholder farmers and their farm projects. With the WeGro app, users can invest in various agricultural projects, including cattle, poultry, fisheries, and various crops, among others. Users can simulate their profits on the app track their projects and receive updates on new projects. WeGro leverages technology to improve Bangladesh's agricultural value chain. WeGro has been working with 5000 farmers across 28 operational zones in the country.

- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to implement front-end features using Next.js, Redux/Redux Toolkit, and Tailwind CSS.
- Write clean, maintainable code in JavaScript/TypeScript with a strong emphasis on React.js and Next.js for server-side rendering.
- Leverage Redux/Redux Toolkit to manage application state and ensure consistent data flow across the app.
- Optimize front-end performance, ensuring code scalability and fast load times.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and consistency across the codebase.
- Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues, providing efficient solutions.
- Participate in agile development processes using tools like Notion, Trello, or Jira to ensure timely delivery of features.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a front-end developer, with solid expertise in React.js, Next.js, Redux/Redux Toolkit, Tailwind CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.
- Expertise in managing state with Redux/Redux Toolkit and creating efficient data flow across components.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development and maintaining design consistency.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack).

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and optimization.
